Rules pool

• The establishment is responsible for complying with the rules on the characteristics of the pool, and also on the quality of the water, and on maintenance and surveillance.
• A qualified person, as required by law, will watch the pool from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (summer) and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (winter). Outside these hours the use of the pool is not allowed.
• We also remind you that the use of mats or other inflatables is not allowed in the pools, except for floats and sleeves to learn to swim.
• It is forbidden to introduce glass objects (glasses, flasks, mirrors, bottles ...).
• Neither the physical accessibility of the pool nor the ease or possibility of overcoming the obstacles that are placed to prevent it can be interpreted as a derogation from the prohibition.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing and in any case, that is to say at any time, the decision to use the pool is the sole responsibility of the swimmer and also the damage or inconvenience suffered or caused by it or by their movements and maneuvers during
• the bath. The bather is also responsible for any inconvenience or inconvenience caused to other users, clients or neighbors.
• Parents or guardians are liable for their children of their dependents, as required by law.
• Users must comply in the pool enclosure with the instructions of the lifeguard.
• The establishment may prevent, at any time, the inappropriate use of the pool.
• It is not allowed to reserve hammocks.
• Waterproof nappies must be worn by non´toilet trained children in the pool.
