The H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens  features a Despacio Beauty Centre, where you can unwind and pamper your body and mind.

Access to the Despacio Beauty Centre facilities is free (except for massages and treatments) and exclusively for people over 16 years of age. Advance reservations are required due to capacity restrictions. Some services are subject to change depending on the season. • Shower in your room with soap, remove make-up, and pat her body dry before entering.
• Bring her towels, cover her body with it and use it to sit down (the use of a swimsuit is mandatory).
• Stay in the booth for 7 to 15 minutes. Do not exceed use and rest 15 minutes between each use.
• Rest is recommended after using the sauna.
  Entry is not recommended for pregnant women or during menstruation, as well as for people with tension problems and under the influence of alcohol.
• Hydrate yourself by drinking water or juices, never alcohol. Do not exercise below.
• Refrain in case of skin damage or injury. If you feel unsafe, please contact our staff.
